At this appointment no acupuncture will be provided, only Cupping, Gua sha, Tui na, Ear seeds, or Acupressure.
**Insurance will not cover this appointment as there is no acupuncture (needles) included in this treatment.**

Administrative fees
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
This fee applies regardless of reason, as appointment times are reserved specifically for you and often cannot be rebooked on short notice.

Chart/ Record Requests
Chart copies and third-party administrative requests (including legal and insurance requests) are subject to a flat administrative fee of $30.
